How to order

(1) Please make your selection[s] from koma online store．

(2) Please provide your customer information on the order form and click "order".

(3) Once the order has been received,we will send an automatic reply mail in Japanese.

　 （This email is a confirmation email that received your email.）

(4) The second email will confirm your order inventory and your information, and will let you know the total amount including shipping costs.

　　Feel free to inform us about any changes you would like to make at this time.

(5) After confirming the details of your order, we will process credit payment.

(6) Your purchased item[s] will be sent within three business days after the credit payment procedure.

We accept credit card payments only.
Credit cards accepted are JCB, VISA, Master Card, Diners Culb International, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
We ask that you pay any related tariffs, taxes or import duties when, where it is applicable.

Shipping

We use EMS by Japan Post as it is the most reliable and globally provided service for your convenience.
It is traceable (with some exceptions depending on the country), and is signed for upon arrival.

EMS delivery service may not be offered to certain countries or regions , so you are uncertain, please feel free to ask us.
We assume no responsibility for loss or damage during shipping as stipulated in the Japan Post EMS regulations.
We, however, assist our customers by contacting the Japan Post to investigate any possible issues resulting from the EMS handling.
We can not declare false values on customs forms. We state the actual value.

Purchased item returns, exchanges, or cancelations

All sales are final, and any returns, exchanges, or cancelations will not be honored.
